Empty state screens
42 screens from 13 iOS apps
Empty states appear before a user has any data — no tasks, no saved items, no results. Instead of a blank screen they explain what will appear there and give one clear action to fill it.
What to look for
- The message: what goes here and why it is empty.
- The single call to action that fills the state.
- Illustration style and tone of voice.
Flowteka has 42 empty state screens from 13 iOS apps, including Budget Planner - Money Coach, Flipd: focus & study timer and Arriva Bus App. They most often feature Navigation Bar, Illustration and Tab Bar. The most represented categories are Productivity and Health & Fitness.
