By accessing or using Flowteka, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The Service
Flowteka is a design inspiration tool that curates screenshots, user flows and video walkthroughs from publicly available mobile applications. The service provides search, browsing, and collection features to help designers and product teams find UI/UX patterns.
2. Accounts and Access
You may use Flowteka without an account. Without an account, some screens are shown blurred, videos play in preview, and searches are subject to lower limits. Creating an account is free and gives you access to all screens and full videos, saved screens and collections, and higher usage limits.
Flowteka does not use passwords: you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or with your Google account. Keep access to your email and Google account secure — anyone who controls them can sign in to your Flowteka account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from Flowteka
- Use automated tools to make requests beyond normal human usage
- Circumvent rate limits, quota systems, or access controls, including the restrictions on content that requires an account
- Share your account or the links and files it gives you access to so that others can view restricted content
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Republish or redistribute Flowteka’s curated database or search index
Screenshots you download are watermarked and intended for your own reference and research.
4. Intellectual Property
The Flowteka platform, including its design, code, and AI-generated descriptions, is owned by Flowteka and protected by copyright. App screenshots displayed on Flowteka remain the property of their respective developers and are shown under fair use for educational and research purposes. See our Copyright Policy for details.
5. Search Quotas
Free (anonymous) users are subject to daily search limits. Authenticated users have higher limits. We reserve the right to adjust quota limits at any time. Attempting to circumvent quotas is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Flowteka is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Revenue and download data shown on app profiles is sourced from third parties and may not be accurate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowteka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Ending Your Account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us; we will delete your account and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, for example by scraping content or circumventing access controls.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
